About Kathryn
I trained at the Clifton Practice in Bristol, a recognised centre of hypnotherapy excellence, receiving the DHP award (Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy).
As part of my continuing professional development, I have also trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and SFBH (Solution Focused Brief Hypnotherapy).
This allows me to draw from a wide range of options to deliver effective treatment.
I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, one of the main professional bodies for hypnotherapy in the UK, and abide by their strict code of ethics. I am also UKCHO registered.
I offer caring and confidential treatment, tailored to the individual needs of each client.
